At Felde Fun Houses, the safety of our guests, staff, and equipment is our highest priority. The renter understands and agrees that inflatables can become dangerous during certain weather conditions and assumes full responsibility for monitoring weather conditions throughout the rental period.

The renter is fully responsible for ensuring that all inflatables are immediately evacuated and not operated during unsafe weather conditions. Under no circumstances should anyone enter or continue using an inflatable once unsafe weather conditions arise. Failure to follow these safety requirements may result in injury or damage for which Felde Fun Houses shall not be held liable.

 

WIND POLICY

Inflatables must be immediately deflated and closed if sustained winds reach 20 mph or if wind gusts exceed 20 mph.

Wind speeds may be monitored using weather applications and/or on-site measurements.

Felde Fun Houses reserves the right to cancel rental if conditions appear unsafe, even if wind speeds are below these thresholds.

 

RAIN POLICY
Light rain may not require closure; however, inflatables may not be operated during:

Heavy rain

Standing water conditions

Conditions causing surfaces to become slippery

If rain creates unsafe operating conditions, inflatables will be closed or shut down for the remainder of the event.

 

THUNDERSTORMS & LIGHTNING POLICY
Inflatables must be immediately evacuated and deflated when:

Lightning is visible; or

Thunder is heard within the area.

 

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Inflatables will immediately close for:

Severe Thunderstorm Warnings

Tornado Watches or Warnings

High Wind Advisories

Any weather condition deemed unsafe by Felde Fun Houses staff

 

COMPANY RIGHTS
Felde Fun Houses reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse setup, or require the immediate shutdown and deflation of any inflatable at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. This decision is final and will be made solely in the interest of protecting participants, equipment, and property.

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
If an event is canceled due to weather conditions, the renter may choose one of the following options:

Reschedule the event to a future available date at no additional charge

or

Receive a full refund of all monies paid.
